Expert Questions

We understand you are busy and your schedule changes. You can reschedule any call by going to the event. On the event, you will see a calendar icon. Tap the icon and select reschedule from the menu that pops up. Follow the steps to select a new time for the call and write a message to the user explaining why you want to reschedule. You can reschedule a call up to 24 hours before the start time. If the user declines the new time, the call is automatically canceled and the user is refunded.

You can set your availability in the Expert Settings Screen. There is a settings item called “Availability”. Tap that to choose what hours and days you want to allow users to book calls with you.

User Questions

When you book a call with an expert or ask a question your form of payment is authorized for a 5-day period. During that time, if the expert accepts your booking request, or answers your question, the authorized funds will transfer. If the request expires, the authorization is removed.

Any user can sign up as an expert. You can go to Settings where you will see a “Become an Expert” section. Tap that to enter the account setup process. Once you complete the process, you will be an expert!

An expert has 5 days to answer your question. If they don’t answer your question in that time, your form of payment will not be charged.
